I am KaariDrawz, a small artist who loves drawing creatures.
I was born in venezuela and I am currently studying to become a herpetologist someday.

terms of service
In order to commission me, you must read my terms of service and agree to them.
Payment is required up front.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Each additional character is an added 50% on the total price of the commission type.
Email must be provided in order to send high quality image.
Customer has right to edits and changes during the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD
Customer can ask for a refund up until the sketching phase. Once lineart begins, refunds aren’t available.
You may NOT feed my art into any sort of artificial intelligence (AI).
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
As I am a student,I will update you frequently if there are delays.
Customer must always include credit to the artist for the artwork.
Customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
TERMS OF SERVICEBy purchasing any type of commission from me,you agree to read and accept my TOS:PAYMENTS
1. Once you message me for a quote on the option of art you select, I will send over my username for you to deposit the payment.
2. Due to issues in the past, I ask for all payment upfront.
3. I will begin drawing once the payment is received, and I will update regularly.
4. Customer accepts that work on the product will not commence until payment has been received.
5. I do not accept rush fees, since I am a student and my education takes priority. The estimate for your commission to be done is 2 weeks. If I take longer than the estimate, I will add a free sketch as a bonus.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that product will be delivered digitally to email address provided.
7. Delivery time will usually take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of the order.
8. It is your responsibility to store and save the commission file once it is delivered to you.REFUND POLICY
9. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive weeks. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or academic dates.
10. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
11. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.12. Payment and credit options can be added if the customer wants character designs for video game or books.You are free to print out my artworks (example: posters, badges etc) as long as credit is provided.13. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
14. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
15. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
16. Customer can choose if they wish to remain anonymous when I post their commission online artwork commissioned, or for me to not post their artwork online. If none of these are specific, I will tag them in the post.
